How We Hired 26 People From All Over the World in Just 2 Weeks

The story of how Indeed hired people for our global brand campaign

In developing our first ever global brand campaign, we put our own platform to the test and took on the difficult task of hiring 26 people in 2 weeks to star in our commercial.

To source the skilled professionals we’d need to bring the ad to life, we posted 26 job openings on Indeed — from accountant, to nurse, to mechanical engineer, to IT Consultant. Within 48 hours, a total of 1,500 applications were received for the roles. We then conducted more than 200 interviews in just 14 days, resulting in an average cost per hire of £129.

While filming the ad, the skilled professionals shared how they found their job on Indeed and why they applied:

Once the selection was made, industry professionals from UK, US, Canada, Czech Republic, Australia and Germany travelled to Prague for filming and production. Each letter of the Indeed logo was transformed into a representation of different industries, reflecting the breadth of jobs that can be found on Indeed.
