This month’s ONS Labour Market Statistics showed continued wage growth in the first half of 2015. Today, workers are seeing the highest real pay rises since 2007.
This increase in wages may be resulting from increased competition for talent amongst employers. The labor marketing is tightening and many of today’s highly skilled candidates are lucratively employed.
